I have been the Owner and Managing Director of KMB for 11 years. My role is to lead the company, motivate the team and deliver change within the business. KMB has been in existence for 30 years and I credit this to the partnerships we have built with our clients; many of whom have been with us for many years, the quality of work we deliver and the exceptional team that works hard every day.
With over 30 years’ experience in the Customer Service industry and over 20 years in the Contact Centre industry, I feel I am qualified to lead the KMB Team. I am one of the founders of ‘TRUST’ – helping businesses make reasonable adjustments to support vulnerable customers. I am Co-Chair of the DMA Taskforce for vulnerable consumers and as a member of the Data & Marketing Association am actively involved with embedding the code and Best Practice guidelines.
