I have over 20 years experience covering a variety of sectors within customer service and contact centres in an outsource environment. I’m dedicated to supporting clients ensuring they receive an exceptional service from all at KMB and fully supporting them to achieve their aims and targets.

I’m results driven and with a real passion for coaching and development and I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of leading the team to exceed their own expectations. I am particularly proud of KMB’s reputation both with our clients and within the industry. I believe this is due to a combination of experience, skill and attitude.
