I started working at KMB in 2000 as an Administration Assistant and didn’t really understand what telemarketing was or how valuable it is as a marketing channel. Since then I trained to become a telemarketer and endeavored to get to grips with what makes an average marketing call and how I could stand out and get the best results for whichever campaign I worked on.
This passion about excellence in telemarketing has never left me and over the years I have persisted in growing my knowledge and becoming a qualified trainer in order to help not just KMB, but other businesses that wanted to keep their own teams but still want to stand out from a highly competitive market place.
I am now part owner and Operations Director of KMB and sit on the DMA’s Contact Centre Council as well as being a member of the UKCCF.
